  • Sports Massage is an effective treatment that works to relieve specific pain and tension from sore, tight muscles and refresh tired aching limbs.
  • Remedial massage provides a ‘remedy’ to muscular and soft tissue dysfunction using specialised techniques.
  • Relaxation massage is a therapeutic form of massage that uses similar techniques to sports and remedial massage. The massage may be deep and firm or light and soothing which is ultimately relaxing and de-stressing and gives a sense of wonderful well-being
  • Pregnancy massage can be used in conjunction with rest, good diet and exercise to help you cope with the demands of pregnancy and the postnatal period.

All of the above treatments may be used to complement your chiropractic adjustments.
