I have always had a passionate interest in the body, particularly how nutrition and fitness can benefit and improve our day-to-day lives.

It was not until my return to the UK after travelling in New Zealand and Australia that I decided to visit a nutritionalist, due to some unexplained eczema. The change in my diet improved my health, fitness levels and mental well being.

I then went on to run the London Marathon and my journey into promoting the importance of balanced nutrition and exercise began. Since then I have continued running and improving my performance.

I started to learn and understand that exercise and healthy eating is not only about altering your body on the outside it is also about improving your mental and internal health.

Western society has become obsessed with dieting and body image however obesity and anorexia are at the highest they have ever been.

My passion and belief is to ensure overall optimum health through exercise and diet. To ensure we are made aware of the capabilities our mind and body do have.

Working in a full time office job I decided to make my passion my career and work towards becoming a Personal Exercise and Nutrition Coach.

I believe that all individuals have the ability to exercises daily, improve their health, and obtain optimum health and fitness at any age. If you believe you are not a ‘sporty’ person or you are unable to lose weight, I can help you reach the point in believing you can and you will.

I will get you started and help you along the journey and ensure it is a lifelong change.

 

I am a Personal Trainer based in and around Exeter. I can come to your home; Gym or we can train at my house in central Exeter. I also like to make use of the outdoors, using alternative outdoor objects for functional and strength training.

The services I provide are:

  • 1-2-1 training or groups of up to 4
  • Nutritional guidance through diet analysis
  • Health screening
  • Fitness testing and goal setting
  • Specific exercise programming according to your lifestyle and goals

 

I believe in ensuring nutritional planning and exercise must fit in with your lifestyle to ensure a realistic goal can be achieved. Whether you are a full time parent, office worker, managing director, cleaner, student, builder or have even retired from work. I will adapt your exercise and program according to you as an individual.

I also work as a CA at Exeter County Chiropractic. Working with a team whom share the same belief in reaching a balanced healthy lifestyle is inspiring and extremely rewarding. Since working as a CA my experience and journey towards understanding the importance of chiropractic care has proved hugely beneficial to my personal training.
