Exeter Chiropractor Liz Ryder DC

County Chiropractic Exeter

I grew up in South Wales with a love for sports and growing up I took part many sports including swimming, basketball, netball. I have also qualified as a gym and tae bo instructor.

My first experience with chiropractic care was after injuring my lower back during a karate training session, it was a constant dull ache that was getting in the way of my training. I visited my GP who recommended I see a Chiropractor. After a few treatments I was back training again and eventually gained my black belt. I continue my chiropractic treatment to this day to keep healthy and subluxation free. That chiropractor was instrumental in my decision to go back to university and re-train as a chiropractor. This was a scary step as I was in full time work and had graduated 5 years previously in Business, but I have never looked back! That visit to the chiropractor changed my life and changed my thinking on how important a healthy balanced lifestyle is.

I enrolled in the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2005 and graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic and I'm excited about the future and further developing my interest into sports injuries, paediatrics as well as expanding my knowledge base and skill in the NeuroImpulse Protocol (NIP). I believe that treatment can be beneficial for the whole family and everyone of all ages and walks of life and patient education is a route to long term benefits.

“Chiropractic is more than a treatment it’s a lifestyle choice”
